Presentation/Elevator Pitch
1. Problem Statement - Explain what is wrong with the status quo, and it’s a significant problem.
The problem is that many people are too stressed out with work, school or sports and they never take enough time for themselves. Their emotions and feelings are just flying everywhere and then something bad could happen. To stay calm and collected, you can do yoga and learn to meditate and use that as a daily routine.
2. It Gets Worse - Explain how failing to solve this problem could cause more problems.
Failing to solve this problem could create many arguments and is going to make even more people stressed all the time. Not many people take the time to focus on themselves but instead they are worried about everyone around them, especially teenagers. We are so focused on fitting in at school and being "popular" that we don't realize that we need to stay true to who we are realize who we are and you can definitely find out who you are though meditation.
3. Glimmer of Hope - Suggest that the situation is not irreversible.
Even though the situations and issues that people are facing are significant, these problems can slowly disappear. If some people just focus on themselves and take some time to meditate and just zone in on who they truly are and that is what my project is all about.
4. The Novel Solution - Explain how your idea can help solve the problem.
My idea can help this problem because it will teach people to not get upset and angry, but to love yourself and love and appreciate everyone around you. Not only do I know that meditation can help, many scientists and yoga instructors have said it's true.
5. The Credible Authority - Demonstrate that you are the right person to solve it.
I am the right person to present this project because I have participated in a yoga class and i have spoken to the instructors and they have said that yoga and meditation is one of the best things to take your mind off the crazy life you are in. It makes you zone in on yourself and focus on the calm and quietness around you.
6. The Vision - Inspire the audience by painting a picture of the end results/final product of your project.

My final project will be me performing and teaching yoga and meditation so others can learn from my video and use it in their everyday lives. I can start by impacting my friends and teaching them how to do it and they can teach others.
